Returns & Refunds

We want you to enjoy our products as much as we do. Customer satisfaction is our goal!

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will only refund or exchange your unopened purchased tea, unused magnesium products and tea accessories within 10 days of your receipt.

Returned product must be in the same condition and same packaging as when received.

Products returned after 14 days of purchase will receive store store credit or gift card.
No products will be accepted for return or exchange after 21 days.
Products purchased during a special promotion/sale are not refundable, but may be returned unopened for store credit within 14 days or less.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We do not refund any shipping costs and do not issue refunds or accept returns after 30 days.
Unopened products must be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
After the product has been returned and we have inspected it we will issue a refund within 5 business days.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning your item.

Cancellations:

Once an order is processed for shipping, we are unable to cancel or change your order. In the event that you no longer want your order, you can refuse the package upon delivery and have them RTS (return to sender). In the case of an RTS package, we will refund you when the undamaged package is delivered back to our warehouse, minus shipping fee and restocking fee.

Please note that for cancellations and returns, Calm Mommy is not responsible for incorrectly input addresses, missing apartment numbers or otherwise undeliverable shipping information supplied to us by the customer. We do our best to ship efficiently, but when you tell us to send it to the wrong place, it's unrealistic to expect it to arrive to the right place! As such, we will not be responsible for refunds, returns or cancellations on orders with incorrect addresses that are supplied to us by the customer.

With that said, we will always do our very best to get your package into your hands.
